Pyridox

Pyridox contains pyridoxine hydrochloride 25mg which is equivalent to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 20.57 mg per tablet.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is an essential nutrient to the body's health. Vitamin B6 helps to relieve premenstrual symptoms such as breast tenderness, fluid retention, fatigue, mood changes and irritability. Relieves morning sickness.

Dosage: Adults 19 years and over: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Contains no sugar, gluten, yeast, soy, lactose, dairy, preservatives, flavourings or animal products. Store below 30°C.

Warnings: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B6). Do not exceed recommended dose. For short term use only. Do not take other products containing Vitamin B6 while taking this medicine. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Vitamin and /or mineral supplements should not replace a balance diet. If symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your medical practitioner.
