Vita-D Mini Tablets

Vita-D contains Vitamin D3 which is the natural form of Vitamin D found in humans and is required for healthy bones & teeth. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis later in life.

Vita-D can also help improve muscle strength in older people which may reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly.

Each Vita-D mini tablet contains Vitamin D3 1000 I.U (colecalciferol 25 micrograms).

The adult dosage is one tablet daily or as recommended by your health professional. Tablets may be crushed if required.

Vita-D mini tablets contains no lactose, yeast, gluten, dairy, preservatives or flavourings and is available in bottles of 90's & 250's. Store below 25°C. Vita-D is Halal approved.
